Gardens are bursting into life, buds are appearing, Magnolia tree are in full bloom, spring flowering bulbs are in full colour or bringing the promise of the fantastic show that is yet to come. The warmer weather, lighter nights and awakening gardens brings us not only joy in the present but also makes us think -of what the coming months will bring!
While there are jobs to continue with, such as this month finishing pruning roses according to their different needs, giving lawns a high and light mow, sowing seeds and potting up dahlia tubers in late April, it is also a perfect time to give some thought to adding interest to to your garden with climbers.
Now is a great time to buy and plant climbers. By planting now they will start to establish before they really start to grow, meaning training and tying them in is an altogether easier job.
Climbers can add vertical interest, a focal point, a backdrop to other plants and cover a drab blank fence or wall. The possibilities are endless and there is a perfect climber for every situation. Below is a pick of some of our favourite climbers available to buy now.
